1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and all digital products published by onlineinfoG (GSTIN 27AMRPD7210Q1ZJ, MSME Udyam UDYAM-MH-18-0396189). If you do not agree with them, please do not purchase or use our products.

2. Digital products and licence

Products are digital only. On purchase you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for your own personal or business work. You do not acquire ownership of the product itself.

3. Intellectual property

All files, tools, prompts, assets, concepts, templates, text, designs and branding remain the intellectual property of onlineinfoG or its licensors. Third-party AI tools you use with our assets are governed by their own terms.

4. Unauthorized copying, redistribution and resale

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Copying, uploading or sharing purchased files with others.
• Reselling, sublicensing, renting or redistributing a product in whole or in part.
• Publishing a product on file-sharing, marketplace or torrent platforms.
• Sharing account or access links with people who have not purchased.
• Removing notices, or claiming a product as your own original work for resale.

We may suspend or revoke access, without refund, where a breach is identified, and may pursue remedies available under law.

5. Digital delivery

Delivery is electronic and there is no physical shipping. Details are on the delivery information page.

6. External payment providers

Payments are completed on external providers such as Razorpay. Their terms, fees, currency handling and fraud checks apply to the transaction. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.

7. Customer responsibilities

• Provide an accurate email address for delivery.
• Read product descriptions and requirements before buying.
• Keep your download and access links private.
• Use the products lawfully and not to create illegal or harmful content.
• Review AI-generated output before relying on or publishing it.

8. No guaranteed outcomes

Our products are tools and resources. We do not promise any specific income, business, ranking or performance outcome from their use.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, reprice or discontinue products and website features. Product updates during an access period are provided where stated on the product page.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our refund & cancellation policy.
